Not all cities within Arizona have the Department of Revenue collect their taxes for them. They are commonly referred to as Non-Program Cities. Following is a list of Non-Program Cities, their telephone numbers and links to their respective web sites. Non-Program cities collect their own taxes. Sales in these cities must be reported directly to the applicable city. The state and county taxes must still be reported and remitted to the state.
