The Arizona Tax Court, Honorable Dean Fink, will hold an evidentiary hearing on April 26, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 412, East Court Building, Superior Court of the State of Arizona. The purpose of the evidentiary hearing is to take evidence concerning the performance of the terms of the Settlement Agreement approved by the Arizona Tax Court on August 4, 2006 and to consider the parties' request for judicial approval of a final satisfaction of judgment. Changes to Tax Credits for Contributions to Qualifying Charities

Governor Brewer signed into law HB 2286 on July 10, 2009, which amends A.R.S. § 43-1088 regarding tax credits for contributions to qualifying charities. The law, which goes into effect on September 30, 2009, affects both taxpayers and charitable organizations. For details on those changes, click here.
