Filing must be made before solicitations begin by a charitable organization.
No fee is charged for filing. Annual renewal is required each September. Fund
raisers who contract with charities to do fund raising must also register, file
a bond , and pay a $25 registration fee annually.

Comment:
Any organization that solicits by telephone to provide goods, services, or notification
to a consumer shall register prior to soliciting. Full registrations are required
to file a bond and pay an annual registration fee of $500 each June. No fee
for Limited and Exempt Registrations.
