Subject: Real estate brokers and salespersons, cemetery brokers and salespersons, campground membership brokers and salespersons

Comment: Each real estate license applicant is required to provide an Education Certificate from an approved real estate school. All applicants are required to complete a licensure questionnaire on a form provided by the department; take and pass a state examination; pay application fees and obtain a license prior to conducting business. Real estate license applicants for license renewal must submit proof of completion of required continuing education courses. All applicants for license renewal must submit a renewal application, licensure questionnaire and pay a renewal fee.

Subject: Sale of subdivided and unsubdivided lands, time shares, condominiums, membership camping contracts

Comment: Applicants must complete an application, pay required fees and obtain a public report from department (for longer than one year).

Subject: Cemeteries

Comment: Applicant must file notice of intent to sell and be issued a certificate of authority by the department, establish endowed care trust fund for perpetual care, where applicable, and pay required fees prior to offering cemetery plots for sale.

Subject: Real estate schools, instructors and courses Comment: Applicants must obtain a certificate of approval to operate a school, and department approval of each course and each instructor, and must give the department advance notice of each class to be held.
