Comment: The Licensing Division processes licensing applications for issuance, transfer or renewal for a variety of license types. Research is conducted on every application through extensive background checks.
The application process involved local city, town or county approval. The Investigations Division provides enforcement of liquor laws, and the Office of Administrative Hearings and the Arizona State Liquor Board provide a judicial review.
