To apply for a license as a rating organization or rate service organization; to register as a foreign risk retention group, risk purchasing group or surplus lines insurer; to apply for approval of a motor vehicle service contract program; or, to apply for a permit as a service company, contact the Property and Casualty Division at (602) 364-3453.
