Renewal of license is annual. License by Reciprocity Requirements: NBCE Parts I, II & III or NBCE parts I, II & SPEC. State must have licensing requirements that are
substantially equivalent to Arizona, continuous practice for 3 of last 5 years; and the
state must agree to grant licensure to Arizona chiropractors. Renewal of license is
annual.
